Our principle consultant, Simon has over 20 years of experience within the aviation industry and being involved in large complex IT divestments & business change projects. Simon is an experienced technical business analyst that has the ability to gather business requirements and assimilate them to provide a technical solution and then create design documentation in a clear and concise manner for stakeholders. He has a strong understanding of system design, system architecture & system integration which have been developed through complex and demanding roles within the aviation sector. 

Continuous Improvement (CI) is at the heart of Simon’s work. Proficient in the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to achieve process optimisation to drive efficiencies and cost savings across the projects he is involved with. Fully adept at identifying “quick wins” and planning for long-term development. Simon has proven experience, across different sectors, of understanding ‘as-is’ states and creating ‘to-be’ solutions

Simon has implemented many software solutions throughout his career. He understands the technical complexities of delivery well and has the experience to manage the collaboration required between key stakeholders & business partners. He has knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and started the development of an RPA Centre of Excellence within a clients shared service environment, he also led the reviews of back-office processes including Commercial, Finance & Procurement for RPA suitability.
